House Rules — Lane Park LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, booking, or visiting House Rules ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Lane Park LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments

All reservations are processed via Zapbook, a third-party booking platform.
When you start a booking or gift-card purchase on our site, you are taken to Zapbook’s booking pages. The link carries your selected date, group size or gift-card amount, plus any campaign or ad-click details from your visit, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payments are securely processed through Square.
By booking, you also agree to any applicable third-party terms.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
If canceled 7 or more days in advance, the deposit may be refunded or transferred.
If canceled fewer than 7 days in advance, the deposit is forfeited.

3. Required On-Site Waiver

Participation in activities requires signing a mandatory liability waiver on-site.
Failure to sign means no participation and no refund.
The waiver governs all risks associated with participation.

This includes risks outlined in your waiver such as:

Serious injury, disability, or death
Equipment-related hazards (axes, bowling, curling)
Alcohol-related risks
Release of liability and agreement not to sue

4. Assumption of Risk

By entering the premises, you acknowledge:

Activities involve inherent and unpredictable risks
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation

5. Alcohol Policy

The legal drinking age in Arizona is 21 years old.
We require valid government-issued ID for alcohol service.

Minor Access

Certain hours and areas are 21+ only.
Minors may be permitted during designated hours with adult supervision.
We reserve full discretion to restrict access or remove underage guests from bar areas.

6. Responsible Drinking

By consuming alcohol:

You confirm you are 21 or older.
You agree to drink responsibly.
We may refuse service or remove intoxicated guests.

7. Conduct & House Rules

You agree:

To follow all staff instructions
Not to engage in unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behavior
Not to damage property or equipment

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove guests, or ban individuals from the premises.

8. SMS, Messaging & Communications

By submitting a form, booking, or contacting us:

You consent to receive transactional messages (booking confirmations, responses) and promotional messages (if opted in).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We comply with TCPA (U.S. texting laws) and opt-in/opt-out requirements.

9. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by:

Zapbook (booking system)
Square (payment processing)
GoHighLevel (CRM/messaging)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lane Park LLC is not liable for:

Injuries (covered further in signed waiver)
Lost or stolen property
Third-party system issues

11. Media Release

By entering the premises, you consent to photography, video recording, and use of your likeness for marketing purposes (as also stated in your waiver).
