1. Information We Collect

Booking details
Payment info (processed via Square — not stored directly)
Communication data (SMS, chat)
Website and advertising data: the campaign tags and ad click identifiers in the link that brought you to our site (for example utm_source, gclid, fbclid), plus the cookies and device/browser information collected by our analytics and advertising tools

2. How We Use Information

Process bookings
Communicate with customers
Send confirmations and updates
Send promotions (with opt-in)
Measure which ads and campaigns lead to bookings and gift-card purchases

3. SMS & Communication Compliance

You only receive marketing messages if you opt in.
You can opt out anytime via STOP.
We do not sell phone numbers or personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use:

Zapbook — booking system
Square — payments
GoHighLevel — CRM + messaging
Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) — site analytics and ad measurement
Meta, and other advertising partners such as The Trade Desk and Resonate — ad measurement and advertising

These providers may process your data under their own policies.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve site performance and understand user behavior. Our advertising partners (such as Google and Meta) may also set cookies to measure how our ads perform.

Campaign & ad-click attribution

If you arrive through an ad or a tracked link, we keep the campaign tags and ad click identifiers from that link in your browser’s session storage, for that browser tab only, for up to 24 hours. Arriving through a different ad or tracked link replaces them.
When you continue to booking or gift-card purchase, we pass those values to our booking provider, Zapbook, in the booking link, so a completed purchase can be matched to the ad or campaign that led to it. Google’s tags may also add a short-lived linking parameter so that visits to our site and to the booking pages are measured as one visit.
Zapbook and our advertising partners may use these identifiers to report completed bookings back to the advertising platforms that showed you the ad.
We never put your name, email address, phone number, or payment details, in plain or hashed form, into these links.
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
